We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Key duties include menu development, managing food costs and inventory, training and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Executive Chef will collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless operation and uphold the hotel’s commitment to excellence. A strong leadership background and experience in fine dining or luxury hotels is required.
