Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, handling repairs and upgrades, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading projects to enhance operational efficiency. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
