The F&B Service Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves managing the food and beverage service in the hotel’s restaurants, bars, room service, and other F&B outlets. The Executive will ensure that guests receive high-quality service, maintain the standards of hospitality, and oversee daily operations in the F&B department. Responsibilities include supervising and training the service team, ensuring adherence to service protocols, assisting with menu planning, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the smooth operation of all food and beverage services. The F&B Service Executive must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
