As a Chef de Partie – Continental Section, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your assigned section, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality continental cuisine in line with the hotel’s culinary standards. Working within a Ministry of Tourism–certified 5-star hospitality environment, you will oversee food preparation, maintain strict hygiene and safety practices, and coordinate closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service. You will play a key role in menu execution, quality control, and kitchen efficiency, while also guiding and training junior chefs to uphold excellence across the section in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in continental cuisine and section management
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices
• Proven ability to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and mentor junior staff
• Strong organisational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Passion for culinary excellence and continuous professional development
