Job Summary:

As a Commi I – South Indian Cuisine, you will support the preparation and execution of authentic South Indian dishes within a Ministry of Tourism–certified 5-star hospitality environment. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you will assist in delivering consistent quality, flavour, and presentation in line with established culinary standards. Your role includes supporting mise en place, assisting in cooking and plating, maintaining proper storage of ingredients, and adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols. You will collaborate closely with the South Indian kitchen section and the wider culinary team to ensure smooth operations and timely service, contributing to a refined dining experience aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
