Job Summary:

About the Role

The Abduz Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Associate to manage guest bookings and provide exceptional pre-arrival guest support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, maximizing room revenue, maintaining booking accuracy, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience for guests across the group’s hospitality offerings.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage room reservations received via phone, email, website, online travel agencies, and other booking channels.
* Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
* Ensure all reservation details are correctly entered and maintained in the system.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
* Monitor room inventory and assist in optimizing occupancy and revenue opportunities.
* Promote room upgrades, special packages, and additional services where applicable.
* Prepare and maintain reservation reports and booking forecasts.
* Handle group booking inquiries and coordinate requirements with relevant departments.
* Maintain guest profiles and preferences to enhance guest experiences.
* Resolve reservation-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, reservation procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or guest services.
* Experience working with hotel PMS platforms and online booking channels.
* Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Knowledge of OTA platforms, channel managers, and reservation systems is preferred.
* Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups is an advantage.
* Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
