Job Summary:

The Abduz is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented F&B Executive to support the smooth functioning of restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, team coordination skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant and service operations.
* Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintained.
* Supervise restaurant staff during operations and ensure SOP compliance.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
* Handle guest requests, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
* Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of the outlet.
* Assist in inventory management and stock control.
* Support in preparing reports, duty rosters, and operational records.
* Ensure proper setup and readiness of the restaurant before service.
* Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards among staff.

Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
* Prior experience in hotels or premium restaurants preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Leadership and team coordination abilities.
* Knowledge of POS systems and basic operational reporting.
* Well-groomed and professional personality.
